Application - online tests - assessment centre. AS included several 1:1 interviews by senior employees, a group discussion to just test communication skills and an individual presentation showing your problem solving skills in a limited amount of time. And finally a verification test of your online aptitude tests you completed during the application stage.

General competency based interview questions: teamwork, leadership, conflict, problem solving.
1 interview, then openday with 3 interviews. First one quite easy, openday a bit intense with different questions and themes approached. Process lasted more than 2 months, however HR was quite helpful and responsive.

Motivation, different types of derivative questions etc.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
