Very informal, very behaviorial, some technical about markets, some note, asked alot about expirene, got to have internshiss, excpierence, etc, club involve,ent, everyone was very nice and helpful through the process. Try to do a lot of research berfore hand so you are prepared and up to date on what is happening at the company and in the macro environment. Have ready example, reasons why you want to work there. Culture is a huge part of the conversation and fit. Be ready to express qualities of yourself
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
three rounds not that hard. applied 10 days before contacted for an email questionaire, then 1st round panel interview with two people, two days later got an email calendar invite for a 2nd round interview in two business says.

After the Online Assessment , 1 tech interview then HR round and then offer roll out . prefer java for OA coding. 3 coding question did entirely based on java as java was preferable and got shorlisted
