A recruiter reached out to me on Indeed to gage interest. I went to the company site and applied. Someone from the company called to set up a phone screen. I spoke w an HR rep the next day. She moved me to the next round. Three days later I interviewed with another HR person on zoom.We talked a lot about my resume.

I plan to be with the company and several situational questions. (What would you do if...)Also asked what did I think my strengths and weaknesses were. Why do you want to work for the company ?
Advice: Definitely prepare and know your resume inside and out. Short consise answers.
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
