Long process. Originally sent me an email saying they wanted to offer me the role. Ten minutes later sent me another email saying they made a mistake and I didn't get the role!!

WORST Process ever!!! Very dissappointed about this since they said I sounded like a good fit, and after a bounch of interviews during two months without any business case they rejected me and said something related to "lack of experience in a specific tool" How they know if I'm able to use it if there wasn't any exercise to prove it? Disrespectful and unprofessional "team"
