Brief and just hired on spot not through should have been first clue. the process was too desperate in hind sight. Area manager is a great guy but the inner workings are not there
* First round call for basic questions, hope for callback.
* Second round call by manager/project lead, more detailed questions, hope for callback.
* Third round in-person, 90% have the job if made it this far.
