Arrived early, dressed professionally, manager was busy behind the teller line. I waited a few minutes, then was ushered into her office. Had a great interview, had great chemistry with her and met the rest of the team.

The first level of the interview was an open house setting, the next was a step was a one on one with the Branch Manager, and the third and final level was an interview with the district manager.

It was very easy to get a job here. I applied online, submitted my resume and because it was a referral I got hired right away. I was interviewed by the lead teller and the branch manager. I was sent for teller training in Hamburg for a few weeks, to go over processes and how to count money and basic teller tasks and how to use the system. Had to run through a workbook of exercises.
