I had a three-level interview process, starting with a 30-minute phone interview, then advanced to an in-person interview with the lead of the department and a human resources representative. The second interview asked about my interests and work style, and they sent me home with a survey to determine what type of worker I am. Finally, a third interview with the CEO of the company and the general manager of the sales team. It was a thorough process that impressed me because they really do carefully choose their employees.
