The process was unnecessarily lengthy, taking around 2-3 months, during which the job title and description were changed twice. It felt like they were uncertain about the role’s requirements and the appropriate salary. While everyone I interviewed with was lovely, the company seemed disorganized and unclear about their direction. Ultimately, after multiple interviews, both in-person and online, they ghosted me, and the position was never filled.
