Interviewer spoke about pros of company, job role. Didn't really ask me anything, just referred to my CV a couple of times. Seemed focussed on telling me how great the company was and the perks of working there.

Number of young team leaders interviewed me who were obviously untrained and out of their depth in respect of professional interview techniques. I knew I would get the job as they were desperate to please ME!
