I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Claremont (Guildford, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was extremely impressed by the interview process. I felt it was well prepared, fair and enabled both parties to get a clearer understanding of whether the role was suitable. I was given an excellent overview of Claremont as a company and was asked lots of questions on my background knowledge and experience relevant to the role. I was left with an idea of how I could help the company and how they could help me. Unfortunately, I was pipped to the post by a more suitable candidate, but the overall experience has been really beneficial to me.
There was a 3 phase interview process:
1) A casual 'get to know you' telephone interview where they asked me about myself and my experience.
2) A capability screening - I was given detailed service metrics in a spreadsheet and tasked with presenting a Service review via a Microsoft Teams call to two Claremont colleagues.
3) The third and final interview was again conducted via Microsoft Teams with two Claremont colleagues. The interview lasted for an hour and I was tested on my relevant knowledge and experience for the role, which included some scenario questions.

Question 1
Some questions were around how I would handle different scenarios and were aimed at testing my relevant knowledge and ability to prioritize correctly with a holistic perspective.
