Interview
The initial interview process was quite frustrating, as it was rescheduled four different times by the HRBP. When the interview finally happened, it went okay overall, but it became clear they were looking for someone with experience across every aspect of HR. Unfortunately, that wasn’t a perfect fit with my background, and I was not selected for the role.

Interview
The interview process had two stages. The first one was with HR and the second with the manager. Both were relaxed and friendly conversations focused on understanding my background and whether I had experience with the tools and types of projects they work with. They also asked how I would handle certain situations that might happen in the day-to-day work routine.
Overall, the interview felt very transparent, straightforward, and welcoming.
