Ghosted after a final stage. The process was simple and as laid out. A call with talent, then a stage with the hiring manager and a final stage including a presentation. Everyone was friendly but am extremely disappointed to have been ghosted and received no feedback after a lot of prep and work. It’s been well over a month and haven’t heard anything either way! Huge red flag and feels like a blessing in disguise if they can’t be bothered to get back to candidates at this late stage they obviously don’t care about people and/or are incredibly disorganised.
