I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Clear Law Institute
Interview
We had a series of phone interviews prior to an in-person interview (pre-COVID, before our team was remote). Our CEO and VP couldn't have been more professional and easy to get along with during the process, and opened themselves up to questions, along with the standard questions they had for me that came up during the interview. Important to have an idea of the lanes that the business operates in, so you can go in with an idea of what questions to ask on how you can contribute/how you feel you'll be an asset.

Question 1
A lot of discussion on my previous work responsibilities, and where I could see potential growth for their business through what I was currently adept at.
The interview went really smoothly. The CEO interviewed me over the phone. His questions were reasonable and related to my current role. He was honest and straight forward. As soon as I said something that meant we wouldn't be a great match, he let me know. I was looking for a larger organization and our salary expectations were not matching up.
