I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Clear Street in June 2025
Interview
Had a really bad experience.
HR reached to me directly and scheduled the interview.
The first round was a machine coding round with one of their 14 year experienced engineer. He asked me a react js based question based on fetching the data and displaying it. I asked him a few questions regarding the requirements and all he had to say was "Read the docs carefully". I solved the question and at the end he asked me couple of concept related questions. Interviewer looked hardly interested in taking the interview as he muted himself and kept his camera off for the major part. Seemed checked out all throughout the interview. I asked a few questions at the end about the company and goals, and all he could answer was we use latest tech stack and nothing else. Even on reiterating the question his answer was the same.
Got to know next day that they are not moving forward with my application. While I solved and answered everything, I was kinda expecting this because of the bad panel. Never interviewing with this company again. Not sure what they're looking for in a candidate.
Read a few more reviews where people went through a similar experience.
I wasted my time interviewing with them.

Question 1
Question on fetching data from API, and displaying it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clear Street in Oct 2024
Interview
Had the first chat which went fine, then two technical interviews on the same day with some very friendly 25yo guys. Went through those fine, one of them was a trivial memory card game I've built in React, the other one was displaying some data in a table from a given array and appending prices to it. Next two interviews got cancelled, which is fair enough but I did not appreciate the copy and paste reasoning.
Waste of my time (4 hours in total), I guess the devs felt threatened by my skills as personality wise everything went perfectly well.
