I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ClearScore (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
A day of interview/tests, with numerous candidates involved simultaneously. This included:
-a series of brief, “speed dating”-style interviews, with different interviewers asking typical, generic questions, re e.g. dealing with conflict, openness to new ideas
- a paper exercise where individual candidates outline a design for a particular website requirement
- a group exercise where small groups devise and present a business idea, and take questions
- a tour of the office (nice kitchen etc, work area is open plan, so felt a bit exposed).
- staff answer questions from the group of candidates.
Overall, a friendly, high-paced, process, generating a positive atmosphere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As a group of four candidates, devise an idea for a start-up business, briefly present it to the audience and promote/defend your idea when questioned about its viability.
There was a coding interview and team fit and one other interview, whose precise description I can't quite remember, perhaps "ways of working", who knew 30 words were so many?

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years time and whatnot
I am concerned that I have been ghosted by the recruitment team. I had to reschedule my initial interview, and I received an initial email confirming the rescheduling. However, I have not received any further responses in three weeks.
The job posting is still available, which raises the possibility that This is a ghost job.
