Quite demanding, especially the technical interview. Polite and friendly associates, motivational interviewers also very friendly and warm. The technical interview was demanding in the sense that required good commercial awareness.

the interview was fairly straightforward- 3 why's, and a question on a current news story I'm interested in. The negotiation task was fast-paced, and the case study task too.

Interview
It consisted of one technical interview, one competency interview and one group task. The group task split us into two teams of 5 to negotiate a contract. Time management was perhaps the most important thing. Both the competency and technical interviews were fairly gentle.
