The interview was very professional and friendly. I was asked to tell about myself and my previous experience in the field of customer support. The interview was also conducted in a skype group so that everyone could introduce themselves to the team.

Apply with CV in English - register on their website with basic information- complete technical steps ( internet speed test, voice recording, accept GTC, Call handling software's test call) - Video interview recording - training ( was total 3 days for 3 hours per a day)

How can you solve the problem when you meet difficult customer to handle?
No interviews
Just some emails and you are in as long as you speak the requested lenguaje.
No phone interview or background check in!
So it’s quite easy to get in when they are in need which is quite often as they fire as much as they hire
