The interview was average with 2 technical rounds. Core Java and spring concepts were asked. The company is very shady and does not provide any information before hand. This guy BK(HOD) calls you randomly and explains nothing, but just salary. They asked me use my personal laptop, will be paid in USD after conversion and no policies as at all. After connecting with folks on LinkedIn came to know they make you work for 12+ hours and management can't even attend or connect with anyone. I asked for a meeting to discuss the offer and wfh options, they reverted the offer by replying to the same mail and HR blocked me on WhatsApp. Like if you can't even connect with someone for 10mins why do you even hire? The management is in the US and thinks of Indians as cheap labour who can be replaced and can't question anyone
