Recruiter screening was tedious, and I felt the recruiter did not care what my responses were. Recommend to hire better recruiters who are more passionate, she was not having a good day when we chatted it seemed like.
Started with a video inter view. Second interview was in-person with Regional Manager and another Area Manager. Regional Manager led questioning initially for the first 10 minutes. During beginning, RM kept checking messages on cell phone, then left abruptly to take a phone call. Area Manager then took over the interview for about 20-30 minutes. RM came back and asked a couple questions at the very end. I thought it was completely unprofessional for the decision maker to leave the room. I've conducted hundreds of interviews over the years, and always gave that person my attention, whether I wanted to hire them or not. It was a complete waste of time.
Afterwards, I sent a text to the RM, thanking him for the opportunity, and never received any response. Never was even told they didn't select me.
