Co-Operative Industries Aerospace interview questions

Was very easy, I had the skills they wanted with experience, and they gave me an offer that day. Became apart of the company. I had worked in the industry before, and they saw my resume on employment website, and they called me for an interview. HR manager was very kind, and asked questions, about my experience and how well I work with other people. Was then introduced to my manager and welcomed to the company

Submitted application along with resume. Required to take typing test. Called back for second interview with the supervisor that had the job opening. When my employer found out I was looking for a job the offered me a raise. I shared this information with BAE Systems and they were able to match my old employer salary.
