None. Save yourself some time and earn more money at Bucee's and get treated well

Cons

There is favoritism amongst the most under performers. The business has declined in the last year due to several long-term employees leaving that no one took seriously in addressing the issues. The turnover is extremely high, the pay is extremely low, your treated poorly and minimal is done to show appreciation. You're better off working at Bucee's
