I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Co-Optim in July 2021
Interview
Interviewers (owner and assistant) showed up late and unprepared. My experience and skills were heavily questioned, which made me feel like I was not qualified. It was a complete waste of time. Received an offer immediately the next day. However, due to owners unprofessionalism, I did not accept. This is not the place for someone looking for career growth. Look elsewhere!

Interview
I had a phone interview to be an administrative assistant and it went great. The girl who interviewed me asked me to come in for an in person interview right away. I was very excited to go to my in person interview. I prepared for it adequately and went in a couple days later. After getting there, the woman who was supposed to interview me (different woman from the phone interview) was 20. minutes late. I figured she was busy and didn't think much of it. She finally came in and barely asked me any questions. Our interview was done in less than 15 minutes and she told me I was a great fit and she wanted to hire me. I was confused but happy. We discussed what days I was available to work and even discussed me helping out w some event planning. She said she would reach out to me later that day and send over documents to look over. I left feeling happy that I had finally secured a job. She never reached out to me that day but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and again, figured she was busy. I reached out the next day and received no answer. I continued to reach out bc I was ready to start working and....nothing. They completely ghosted me. I have NEVER had that happen to me before in my life. Why tell me you want to hire me, ask me my availability, talk with me about future opportunities with the company and tell me you're sending over more info to then completely ignore me? It was weird and unprofessional to get my hopes up and vanish. Anyway I saw recently that they are hiring again and I wanted to warn anyone - do not apply.

Interview
Last year I sat through three interviews each time stating how much salary I was expecting once asked and they had no problem with it, once I received an offer the salary was 1/3 of what was promised to me and they wouldn’t negotiate. They ghosted me. Don’t waste your time, they want highly skilled individuals but are not willing to pay. This ad placement for a marketing and graphic designer is repeated on offer. Don’t waste your time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Wanted to go over what skills I had, this from a receptionist because the interviewer was late to the appointment, she didn’t understand the programs I used, it was a waste of time telling her anything.
