Interview
Turned up, reported to tills. Waited for the interviewer to fetch me and take me to the back office for interview. One lady interviewing. Not stressful, relaxed and had a chat. Asked to do a check list exercise of hazards of changes I'd make on shop floor. Then a few scenario questions questions. Some flash photos were used to decide how I would engage with a customer.

If a customer wanted to make a meal, which option would you suggest and how would you use this opportunity to upsell and suggest other products.
the interview was about half an hour and I was aksed questions based on team building, achievements, experience and my qualifications. Was my first ever interview out of school so I didn't have much experience which was fine for the role I was applying for
Very easy and relaxed interview process, given a list of questions to look through the day before that will be asked in the interview. Interview started by answering those questions then focused on my schedule and what hours I could work.
