I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online then completed a personality test. I was called to be offered an interview and was sent an interview packet with all of the questions that were going to be asked on there so you get lots of preparation.
- DONT SAY THAT YOU HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME OR YOU DON'T GET A CHOICE IN DOING OVERTIME OR NOT (basically forced to do overtime even if you have plans)
the interview was about half an hour and I was aksed questions based on team building, achievements, experience and my qualifications. Was my first ever interview out of school so I didn't have much experience which was fine for the role I was applying for
Very easy and relaxed interview process, given a list of questions to look through the day before that will be asked in the interview. Interview started by answering those questions then focused on my schedule and what hours I could work.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We share interview questions ahead of your interview to help you prepare and be more at ease on the day. We hope this helped you.
Interview was great. Was told beforehand of the questions I would be asked and to give 5 examples of different behavioural examples. In the interview you had to discuss 3 of them.
