I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Enfield, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
He arrived late
Didn’t take down my name until I was out the door ready to leave
Basically asked if I would be ready to work at 2am with 30 minutes notice- and if I wasn’t then I might aswell leave
All the answers I gave him he didn’t write down and then basically handed me the clipboard for me to write down what I said

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with a challenging customer
Straight forward. They give you the interview questions before hand and ask the same questions on the day. In person interview lasted about 30-35 mins. Manager was nice. Store was clean people were friendly and helpful guiding me to manger
The process was swift and easy. I took a CV into store and the manager interviewed me there and then. They asked me if I had any customer service experience and general interview questions such as when have I worked in a team and how would you deal with a tricky customer.
