I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Co-op in Apr 2022
Interview
Asked typical interview questions and then large majority of questions were scenario based related to the store. Questions could be answered with good prep beforehand and with a little bit of common sense as well

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Wootton, East of England, England)
Interview
Bad. Felt unprofessional and did not enjoy the minutes there. Was not given follow-up after the interview and had to go constantly try and get a reply. This resulted in nothing and empty promises.
It was not stressful. The manager ensured that everything went smoothly. She gave me an overview of the company and my role along with the benefits that was included with my role.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a time when you had to take a stand for yourself?
Short and chilled experience, wasn't able to offer any idea about a steady schedule and said it was going to be all over the place and being a university student this wasn't very reassuring.
Thank you for reviewing your interview experience with us. Our adverts for store roles will detail the work patterns expected for our roles. Often many of our roles will involve working across a wide range of our trading times and can require a degree of flexibility.
