I have had numerous interviews and most seem quite standardised and limited in questioning, where there does not seem to be enough opportunity to show who you are as a person. However co-op interview process is quick & easy, they stick to timescales in relation to communication each step of the way. The process allows you to give an opportunity to set yourself apart as an individual . The face to face interview was great. It felt more a conversation & informal. I got a great vibe from the moment I was in store & met the manager , it just seem ed really positive. I strongly recommend if looking for a job to apply. I assure you, you won't be disappointed.
