I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op in June 2026
Interview
It was nice and smooth and very intuitive. I liked how I had help from the website to prepare for the interview and so I was able to fully explain my previous experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Wrexham, Wales) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was one of the best interviews I’ve had. I really appreciated the fact that we were given the questions in advance, giving us plenty of times to prepare our answers. We were also told how our answers would be graded which helped massively. The interviewer was lovely and I heard back from them the same day. The questions were quite difficult and were mainly situational, would have been difficult for somebody who doesn’t have any work experience.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a positive interview experience. We believe in creating a fair and supportive process, so it's great to know that the preparation materials and transparency helped.
Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

Interview
The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
