The Interview was conducted by VP, Operations and 2nd Owner of the company. Since the company business is the same profile as my current employer and since the current employer and the Interviewing company has worked in the same platform and for the same consumers, the questions asked were more relevant to what I did and who I know and how I have worked and what can I further contribute to the Interviewing company and all. Primarily I was asked what I am expecting from the Interviewing company

What I have been doing for 22 years in my previous job? How often I can travel? What is my expectation from the Interviewing company? Am I looking for career growth or career settlement? What kind of growth am I expecting from the Interviewing company if induced? Who can refer me from current employer? Why am I after 22 years leaving the current employer and looking out? Why did the current employer actually leave the anchor business?
