Interview
There are three rounds. People are so nice. And HR lady is so so so nice.:) When I asks her when I can get the feedback after the second round. She answers my question quickly. Now I am waiting for the final round.
Very pleasant until I started asking about shakai hoken and other things. Then I felt they seized up and thought "this guy is trouble" I didn't get the job despite years of experience. This decision was made by HQ and the local branch was gutted as they were in desperate need of staff.
