Code the Dream interview questions

The interview process was very positive and helpful for understanding the role and opportunity as well as what excites the hiring manager about the role and team. Although I did not get offered the role, my fondness of the company and what they are doing as their mission states, it appears to be an amazing place to work and has a far reaching impact on people.

The interview process consists of one round with the director. During this interview, the discussion will generally focus on questions about the take-home assignment that was given to candidates. This format allows the director to assess your understanding of the task and your approach to solving problems.
