Codelink interview questions

The interview process was conducted via Google Meet, which was easy to use. However, there was a long gap between the first and second rounds of interviews. During the second round, I asked the manager about the onboarding process in case I got the job. His response was disappointing: no training, no strategies, nothing. In my previous job, everything was well-organized for new employees in all departments. Codelink, you should establish a proper onboarding department!

There are 3 rounds. 1/ CV scan and phone interview with HR, done in Vietnamese and a few English 2/ Algorithms and pair programming with Technical Lead, interview in English (mainly focus on Javascript because of their tech stack) 3/ Interview in English with GM about salary and mindset.
