Interview view two person panel via webcam. Mostly conversation on past experiences. There were several questions relating to tech stacks not on my resume or stuff I’d used years ago. Worst part of the experience was how the recruiter ghosted me after the interview and didn’t bother to respond even upon status request. Hiring managers shouldn’t interview folks that aren’t unicorns if that’s what they’re looking for.
