The interview was very pop up, improvised at the moment as the manager said himself. He basically viewed my CV there and then with no preview whatsoever. There was a short talk about my past experience and why i left and then followed a trial behind the bar of 10-15 minutes that included till service, shots and latte art. Also floor assistant skills. All in all, pretty entertaining interview but very speedy and anxiety driven. Good thing is the response to the application is very prompt and the updates post interview as well.
