Coffman Engineers interview questions

No phone or zoom screening interviews. Went straight to the office for an in person one. Straightforward and relaxed, but engaging. Very nice office environment and friendly staff. Met the office manager and was given a tour of the office.

Interview process was fairly standard. First round virtual and second round in person, with both just consisting of discussions about the position, my resume, and a few standard interview questions. Only con is that they completely ghosted after the second round, not even a notice that they weren't moving forward with me as a candidate which seemed fairly unprofessional.
