Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

Cons

Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.

Work-life balance is generally good, everyone is supportive and willing to help, there's a lot of opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

When multiple deadlines hit, overtime is not optional but that's just the industry I guess.

Our design projects are ultimately construction projects involving large amounts of time sensitive capital awaiting the needed return on investment. Projects move fast. But what we do is super cool!
