I knew the partner from a previous networking event at MSCPA in Spring 2015. Then in the summer I got a call from HR to apply for internship. I went in and was interviewed by 3 people. HR, Manager, and Partner that i knew. Then the next day I was hired. I started January 2016 and it lasted until April 2016.

Interview
First was the recorded video questions, which were typical. Further rounds went into more detailed, behavioral questions, but not too many technical questions. The interview process was normal speed-did not rush nor spend too long to reply.

Fast paced interview process which gave an excellent idea of company culture and what is expected of new hires. Management was very professional and asked question about industry knowledge and similar experience

Interview
Very laid back. Interview with a few managers and partners within the firm and they will treat you to food afterwards. People at every level were very friendly and very keen on their open-door policy. All in all, a great experience.
