I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CohnReznick (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Very professional. Interviewer was well prepared for the interview and asked well prepared questions. I had plenty of time to ask questions about what would be expected of me in the position and was able to determine how I would fit into the firm's culture. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience. The interviewer had been at the firm for a very long time and worked through the ranks from intern to partner. I could tell the interviewer was passionate about the firm.
Spoke to multiple people, managers and partners. All super nice! Very conversational. Did not prep too much and it went fine. Asked about current position and woes with current job. And talked a lot about work life balance. I ended up staying where I was at though because I got a raise after saying what CR would pay.
Friendly Interviewers with fairly easy questions. General personality questions and why public accounting and why choose CohnReznick. The interviewers asked pretty broad questions and nothing too out of the ordinary. Having questions in mind helps.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CohnReznick (Charlotte, NC) in June 2021
Interview
Interview process consider standard. First one partner interview with me, then another partner, at the end, a HR person to logistics. No questions are out of ordinary. Pretty standard. People are relaxed and nice.
