Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate interview questions

The interview process went extremely well for me. I believe it's because I've had 20+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry and in client service. My degree is in finance and management and I just recently completed real estate classes. The interview mainly consisted of questions around my existing full-time job at the time and if I planned on quitting or starting real estate part-time, how serious I was about making a career change, why I wanted to do it and what made me decide to go into real estate. There were also a few questions about real estate. For the most part, the Manager spoke with me about Coldwell Banker, the owner, history of the office, the culture, staff, technology and tools available and then I had the opportunity to ask questions.
