I did the interview in 2020. There was a video interview and followed by an in person interview. The video interview consists of general interview style questions and I was given a time frame to record and answer. The in person interview was conducted by the store manager and focused more on your ambitions/hobbies and your availability.

Group interview, simple questions. very interactive and welcoming. managers left the room which made it less intimidating because you're just talking to other interviewees. All the people in my group got the job.
