I was taken into the backrooms of the store where I and another candidate were interviewed simultaneously by the dry goods manager. The interview was relatively brief, but touched on relevant skills and what could be expected from the role.

fantastic interview process, Basic questions for anyone. They were mainly interested in how often / willing i was to work there simply. Justin the manager at the time was fantastic, one of the better experiences I have had with coles.

Mainly questions about availability and being adaptable to a changing roster.

Interview
Group based interview with multiple team based question and then interview with manager who leads the grocery team. Overall a simple interview where good communication gets you over the line. There is on the job training.
Was easy going and straight forward, about 10 minutes. Interviewer asked if I could handle the physical side of the job and my availability. All up took about 3 weeks to start from applying.
