Interview
There were 2 phases for selecting me. First was a telephonic interview followed by a skype call. Got selected and questions were very basic. The interview was taken by nikita mulwani and skype by raghu sir. Both of them were too good
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
