Interview
I was just out of college and my friend who was a trainee at Collabera referred me for the same post i.e. Technical Recruiter. First was a screening telephonic interview where I was asked about my academic background. The interviewer was very friendly and and helping. Asked whether I had Master's planned for the future and if yes then towards the Management side or Technical Side. I said that my background being in Engineering would tempt me to opt for a M. Tech. however have never had exposure to management so may be if I get exposure to some sort of management role I may even consider a M.B.A. That was it. I was called for an in person interview.
I reached the office and was asked to fill up the usual forms. Then the person who had taken my telephonic interview had a 30 minute interaction with me and discussed the roles and responsibilities. I was also given time to think whether I was willing to go ahead for the actual interview.
Then came the actual interview. The interviewer was a Resource Manager of the office and was friendly. Asked basic HR questions like why this job, how do you see yourself fit for the position, etc. In the end was given a chance to ask any questions I had. I asked the growth path in the company and he patiently explained the various paths.
Was told then that i would be contacted in a couple of days. Got a call the other day with the offer and salary negotiations followed. Started the next week.

So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
