4 rounds of interview CTO call First technical interview Whiteboarding interview Second round of CTO call It took over 5 hours over 6 days since some calls were longer than one hour.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collage HR (Toronto, ON) in May 2022
Interview
The job posting was really clear and indicated the salary range which I appreciated.
It was easy to submit my resume.
I got contacted the next day by the HR director for a general introduction interview.
Then, I had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager and the HR director.
3rs step was a writing assignment specific to the job.
Last step was a non formal interview with the CEO to get an idea if my personality would fit with the organization.
Overall the process was really quick (less than a month) and the HR Director was really professional.
I always knew which steps will be next and it was very transparent.
Every question I had was answered really quickly.

Interview
An initial interview with HR, then a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. A case study that included client scenarios and how you would respond and an excel spreadsheet test. The final stage was an interview with the CEO.
Very robust interview process, everyone was super friendly and the communication was excellent after each step. In the end, I wasn't the correct for the company but based on the interview process they seem like an excellent company to work for who treat their employees well.
