-Engage in open/honest communication while you're working here (and during interviews); give great feedback/encouragement on your work -Your hard work is recognized and awarded -Great company culture; very friendly and collaborative -Company mindset of "there are no stupid questions" -Great benefits -Autonomy; flexible time off; remote work

Cons

-I guess it's tough to work remotely if you're more of a social personality but there are organized company social events during the year and there is a physical office location if you don't enjoy WFH
