I had two rounds of interviews at the CFI campus in Raleigh and the entire process was very quick. From the time I submitted my resume until I received a final decision was exactly a month. The process was very smooth until I learned that they contacted my current employer without communicating with me. They contacted them in between my first and second interviews and without extending an offer, which made my current work environment very uncomfortable.
Interview process was quick and easy and the manager was very polite, personable, and professional. The questions were direct and easy to understand. The hiring manager also made the environment comfortable.

Interview
Phone interview, followed by personal /panel interview. Round of technical questions for the phone interview with a general pass /fail feel. You are not expected to know everything, but you should be able to recognize what you don't know. They can sniff out bs quickly
