Received an email requesting I develop a communications plan for a campaign before they would consider an interview/phone screen. The exercise was timed and had to be scheduled. I completed it, received confirmation my submission was received and then never heard from anyone again. First and foremost, I think it's disrespectful to ask a candidate to produce work for free but to not even inform them they aren't moving along in the process is plain awful.
