I applied through other source. I interviewed at Colorado Education Association
Interview
One interview with a hiring committee. Interview questions were provided during the interview on a piece of paper and they did a round table tasting turns and asking the questions. Prior to the interview I completed a timed assessment.

Question 1
After being given a handbook and training tutorial, you find something you don’t know how to do in the process. How would you problem solve you figure out the issue?
I applied online. I interviewed at Colorado Education Association (Denver, CO) in July 2022
Interview
Received an email requesting I develop a communications plan for a campaign before they would consider an interview/phone screen. The exercise was timed and had to be scheduled. I completed it, received confirmation my submission was received and then never heard from anyone again.
First and foremost, I think it's disrespectful to ask a candidate to produce work for free but to not even inform them they aren't moving along in the process is plain awful.
