"Truly, truly awful. I am experienced TA Person with over 20 years and this was without doubt the worst candidate experience I have ever been involved in. Process was as follows: 1.Interview with Recruiter for 29th December and never received invite until the night before even though we agreed a time on the 22nd December well in advance of the interview date of the 29th, terrible candidate management. Interview didn't happen due to Interviewer issue with wifi/electricity (to be fair this can happen to anyone). 2. Call with Recruiter on the 3rd of January agree to move to next stage. 3. Next Call with C-Level Director (who is the hiring Manager) call went well and was asked on the call to provide dates/times for the 3rd stage given I am in play with two other Organisations. 4. I also sent my availability to the hiring manager and never received acknowledgment of the email or even response which is really poor. 5. Today is the 19th of January, I have been in play since the 22nd December and still not had the 3rd stage interview arranged clearly given the time that has passed I am now not selected even that I was told on my interview I was by the hiring manager. "The Silence is deafening" Honestly Coloyssan this is Amateur hour, Candidate experience is everything in my industry and clearly the two people I engaged with have zero understanding how to scale the business. I was told they needed to hire additional 60 people and have taken on another $20m in VC. Well from my experience of start-ups then they will burn through that investment quickly and have no ability to attract the best to fill the 60 roles which to be honest will define if Coloyssan is going to continue there evolution/success. I would advise any candidate not to waste your time it is pointless exercise. Candidate management and feedback is the most basic requirement for any TA organisation and these people are out of their depth. Finally I did review ex employee review on Glassdoor on their experience clearly I should have taken more notice of that and I would advise potential new hires to do the same.
