It took about 1-2 weeks to hear back from the coordinator. First their was a phone interview. This was a screening process. I then met with 1 director and 1 PI.

2 rounds of interviews after submitting resume. First, with research assistant, then screened for another interview with project coordinator and principal investigator. Asked typical questions, mostly asking me to describe projects and experiences from my resume. In the first interview, they asked me to do a very short role play of interacting with a patient. Otherwise, quite smooth. Called me within 2 weeks to deliver offer.
